Playtech Launches Dual Network For Live Games

March 13, 2015

Israeli-based developer of online casino software and games Playtech has announced the launch of the ‘Dual Network’ for its Live Dealer games, an offering Playtech said would allow players around the world to enjoy a ‘tailored cultural experience’ while playing Live games.

The feature currently caters for both European and Asian markets. This means, for example, an Asian player who lives in Europe can play a game operated in the UK with an Asian dealer who follows Asian customer service practices and vice versa, including also the availability of Dealers in several languages.

Such customisation offers players a familiar cultural experience making the gaming experience all the more exhilarating. Playtech’s licensees will benefit from this feature for all Live games by offering their players an unrivalled Live gaming experience.

The ‘Dual Network’ facility will be featured in a number of countries, including Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom.

Shimon Akad, Playtech’s VP Operations, said: “The introduction of the ‘Dual Network’ feature once again shows Playtech’s responsiveness to player’s needs. We constantly aim to provide our operators with the newest technology and best offering in the market, we follow consumer behaviours and create products that provide our licensees with a strong competitive advantage, which allows them to expand their potential market. I am certain this feature will be more and more important amongst players and operators in no time.”

The new feature is the latest move Playtech has made to bolster its Live games offering, after it was reported last month that the developer of online casino software and games also announced the launch of its Live games across all mobile platforms.
